The magnetic field is really just a classical approximation to the photon-exchange picture. In a moving reference frame, a magnetic field appears instead as a combination of a magnetic field and an electric field, so electric and magnetic fields are made of the same "stuff" (photons).

Electric feild is made up of current .

it is the region where the source charge show electric effect on test charge

rksingh58: Thanks... but i have doubt about the constituents particles of which electric field is made up off?
krimusa7524: of course of electrons
rksingh58: sorry, but they are not made up of electrons as electrons cannot exist freely in an open space...
rksingh58: also electrons itselfe produces the electromagnetic field
