It is an electric appliance what helps us from short-circuit at our homes. when a high voltage current comes suddenly then it has a thin electric wire which works as the first way of electric current and the wire is attached to the fuse breaks down due to high voltage and saves us from danger. But now a days MCB (Main Circuit Breaker) is used in place of fuse .
