Electrical Resistance:

The resistance of a conductor is the property of the conductor due to which it resists the flow of electric charges (or flow of current) through it.

Ohm's Law:

the current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the potential difference maintained across its ends, provided the temperature and other physical conditions of the conductor remains the same.
