When current pass through a conductor , especially at high frequencies, it creates a magnetic field around itself. If there is a magnetic placed nearby that conductor, it will experience a force. This is called electromagnetic force.

Also, if a current carrying conductor is placed in magnetic field, then the conductor experiences a force to move it.. This force also is called electromagnetic force.
