Electronegativevity of atom is that when two atom or more atoms are bounded with covalent bond then one atom has more attraction of positive Cornell than other so it atom attract more electron than other atoms so it atom possess slightly negative charge and other are slightly positive charge so it phenomenon is called electronegativevity and all atoms possess electronegativevity for attraction of electron
