¤¤ Group First is known as the Alkali metals.

¤¤ The valence electron of the elements in this group enters the S-Orbital.

¤¤ For Example, Hydrogen[H], Lithium[Li], Sodium[Na], Potassium[K] , Rubidium[Rb], Cesium[Cs] and Francium [Fr].

▪▪ Hence the first two elements of First Group are Hydrogen and Lithium.

▪▪ Electronic Configuration of Hydrogen ---

▪▪ Electronic Configuration of Lithium ------
