max no. is 8 ....electronic config. is the no of electrons distributed in each shell / orbot

electronic configuration is reffed to the distribution of electrons in different shells
formula 2n square
shell
1=k
2=l
3=m
4=n

k 2×1 square 2
l 2×2 square=8
m 2×3 square=18
n 2×4 square=32
first take square then multiply by 2

cooldj46: maximum no of electrons a shell can hold=8
DrManiac755241: thanks a lot
