Electroplating-

It is a technique used to prevent the articles from rusting. This process not only prevent rusting but also beautifies the articles Cutlery and vehicke parts are some of examples of articles to be electroplated

Galvanization-

The articles are exposed to extreme moisture such as roofs and buckets are protected from rustinv by galvanizing. In this process articles are rusted with zinc. Zinc being more reactive than iron reacts with oxygen in the presence of moisture in preference to iron thus prevents rusting

Thanks✔️

hi mate your answer

Electroplating and galvanizing are the methods of preventing the metal from corrosion

ELECTROPLATING:-

A process in which a layer of metal is deposited on another metal or nin-metal by electrolysis

electrolysis is the process that uses an electric current to reduce dissolved metal cations so that they form coherent metal coating on the electrode.

it is a methodology which is used to improve metal's corrosion resistance.

GALVANIZING: -

galvanizing is a process of applying zinc coating on iron to protect it from rust/corrosion

zinc is highly reactive metal than the iron hence zinc layer applied on iron to prevent it from rust

galvanizing is used to protect the boat from rust

hope that it will help you
