Electrostatics is a Branch of electricity...

We study two types of electricity on the basis of the State of Electrical Charges...State of Electrical charges means Charges are either at Rest ( Static ) or in motion...

When we rub glass rod with silk clothes...Glass rod gets charged up...The charges on a glass do not move or fly off in air...charges remain at rest or static....The study of behaviour of these static charges is called Electrostatics Or Coulomb Force...

Here you study about Physical Quantities like Electric Field produced due to these static charges...Forces between these charges when kept at some distances...Such force is called Electrostatic Force...

Static charges create Electric Potential and So Potential Difference comes into picture...

Many more Physical quantities like Dipole moment , Torque Experience by Dipole in an electric field and energy...Capacitance etc...

The electricity so produced by static charges is called static Electeicity...

Another type of electeicity is Current Electricity which is produces due to motion of charges...

In Current Electeicity charges are in motion....

Hope this help...
