What is emotional intelligence? How can we overcome anxiety and stress? Share your experience when you were stressed. How did you overcome it?

Personally I believe emotional intelligence i.e EQ plays a far greater role in thought, decision making and individual success than is commonly acknowledged.

Emotional intelligence can be referred as many terms depending on a person's point of view so, I'll just be sharing my thoughts.

I believe that emotional intelligence is the ability to control yourself to know when is the right time for what emotion.

Now, people may feel that they are bounding themselves when they practice this and become frustrated showing their lack of self control.

I'm no specialist but I feel that anxiety and stress is all illusions one's subconscious creates in order to save themselves from various emotional/practical threats, but, one can easily overcome it when they have self control.

I do not have any experiences with anxiety or stress, well I'm just starting my teens so how could I have any for that matter.

Anyways, I hope this helps you in one way of other, and I'm currently reading this book so u may look it up if u feel interested.
