emulsification is the conversion of larger globules of the fats into the smaller ones .it is done in the duodenum in the small intestine and is done by the greenish yellowish pigment bile . emulsification helps the pancreatic lipase as now it is not difficult for them to act over fats and convert it into fatty acids and glyceron
