Emulsification is a process of breaking down of fat molecules into small globules and it occurs in the intestine.

This process "takes place" in the "intestine with the help" of bile juice that flows from the liver.

The liver is the organ that majorly helps in the fat metabolism, this is possible by using the bile salts, bilirubin etc., which are the contents of bile juice. Lipase enzyme digests the "end products" of emulsification.
