Emulsification of fats is the breaking up of complex fat molecules into simpler fat molecules...by bile juice secreated by liver... which will be then easier to digest with the help of lipase...and the end products coming from it are fatty acids and glycerol.

Chyme is found in the stomach. It is the partially digested food present in the stomach. The chyme is then transported to the small intestine for further digestion and absorption. Chyle is a milky liquid which contains lymph and emulsified fats

Answer:

emulsification (in digestion) The breakdown of fat globules in the duodenum into tiny droplets, which provides a larger surface area on which the enzyme pancreatic lipase can act to digest the fats into fatty acids and glycerol.

Description Chyme or chymus is the semi-fluid mass of partly digested food that is expelled by the stomach, through the pyloric valve, into the duodenum. Chyme results from the mechanical and chemical breakdown of a bolus and consists of partially digested food, water, hydrochloric acid, and various digestive enzymes.
