Endocrine glands are those glands which lack ducts,i.e, the hormones secreted by them in trace are released directly into the blood stream and the hormones further produce a specific effect on their target tissues within the body.
Endocrine glands present in human body-
1) Testis(present in human males)- Secretes the 'male' hormone called 'testosterone'.This hormone brings about the production of sperms and development of masculine characters such as moustache, beard, deep voice, etc with the growth of sex organs. 
2)Ovary (present in human female)- secretes the 'female' hormones called Estrogen and Progesterone.This hormone brings about the egg production stimulating development of of ovaries and other female sex organs. It also promotes the development of the secondary female sexual characters such as development of mammary glands and broadening of pelvis in order to support gestation.It also regulates the menstrual cycle in female.(You will study more about it in the higher classes).
