Endoplasmic Reticulum is the membranous tubules' network. They are into cytoplasm of eukaryotic cells. Continuing nuclear membrane, they bring the membranous structure.

They have Ribosomes attachedto them. This network of membrane has closed-sacs. So it form tubule i.e. tube luke structure. It is known as cistarnae.
