Well energy is an intrinsic physical quantity contained by any particle .

Basically I know that you might be surely knowing all the different types of energies and blah blah (✷‿✷)

But the main focus should be on appreciating that why in most of the cases we're all able to apply the so called Conservation of energy.

The reason is that, energy is the only most common physical quantity that doesn't have it's direct dependence on time, so to speak in the language of science, it's that energy is invariant with time for autonomous systems, i.e systems whose equation of motion are linear with same dimesions.

However, also be aware the fact that in most of the real life systems, the principle of conservative of energy cannot be applied, due to other losses of energy into other undiscovered processes .
