In general physucs, entropy means a thermodynamic quantity that changes in a reversible process by an amount equal to the heat absorbed or emitted divided by the thermodynamic temperature. It is measured in joules per kelvin (J/K).
Hope it helps. Thank you. :)

Entropy is defined as the measure of degree of disorder or the Thermodynamic Representation of randomness of a system.

It is a stare function since it depends on the state of a system.
It is designated by symbol 'S'.

Apart from depending on state of the system, entropy also depends on temperature.

If entropy increases then the randomness of a particle also increases.
For example, ice kept on a plate forms water because the water molecules in liquid state have more entropy (randomness) than they have in solid state.
