Entropy and entropy change is define as -

Entropy : This physical property of a system or body is related to the randomness of particles of system . If entropy of a system is higher then it has high randomness of particles and vice-versa.

Entropy Change : It simply a entropy change , but mathematically it is defined as the amount of heat required to raise the tempreature of body by 1 degree Celsius. And , mathematically it is denoted as -

Entropy change = heat transferred

Entropy : the measure of a system's thermal energy per unit temperature that is unavailable for doing useful work. Because work is obtained from ordered molecular motion, the amount of entropy is also a measure of the molecular disorder, or randomness, of a system.
