Ephagy is also known as cell vomiting or emeiocytosis.
It is the reverse of endocytosis.
Ephagy occurs when there's cell secretion, removal of undigested food from food vacuoles, etc.
Through vesicles, waste materials are expelled.
Golgi apparatus forms these vesicles and they are pushed by cytoskeletons of the surface so they fuse and expel its contents.
