  • The case of Rh incompatibility found in pregnancy, when Rh- mother is pregnant with Rh+ child.

  • When first pregnancy of mother then mother body develops IgG antibodies because foetal blood mixed with mother blood during the childbirth.

  • If by Chance second child is also positive then antibodies in mother’s blood react with Foetal blood.

  • Then the result will be destruction of RBCs in foetus. Maybe result in death of child.

  • If the child born is very weak and suffers from hepatitis disease then this Condition of Child is called Erythroblastosis foetalis”.
