Heyya..well there are actually quite a many things essential to lead a good life although here is what I think the most essential thing of life is:

Love. We aren’t talking romantic love, although that’s nice, too. Whether it is a person, an animal or a project, a good life needs to have love and passion. It is one of the most powerful forces on the planet—the one that makes life worth living. Allow more love into your life and you’ll love a life worth reliving.

Love is what I think the most essential of them all and I like it the most cause that's the only thing none can buy with money....
