EUCLID'S FIFTH POSTULATE:

A line falling on two straight line makes the interior angles on the same side of it taken together less than two right angles. Then, if the two straight line if produced indefinitely, will meet on the side where the sum of angles is less than two right angles.

IT IMPLIES THE EXISTENCE OF PARALLEL LINES:

Yes, it does implies the existence of parallel line as if the sum of the co-interior angles is equal to 180°, then the lines will never meet. But, if the sum of angles is less than 180°, then the lines would meet on the side where the sum of angles is less than 180°.
