Eutrophication is a process in which a lot of algae grow on the surface of a water body because of the minerals which were used to enhance the growth of crop. Eutrophication causes oxygen depletion in the water body.It kills the organisms living in that particular water body due to which whole ecosystem gets unbalanced.
