Its a fundamental part of the water cycle and is constantly occurring throughout nature. It is the opposite process of condensation.

For example:- Hot tea gets cool over time due to evaporation.

For example, a mixture of common salt and water can be seperated by evaporation. In fact evaporating seawater is one of the oldest ways of obtaining salt.*
