Evaporation is process by which water or any liquid turns into water vapour due to heat energy ( heat energy is mostly provided from sun) .evaporation takes place faster when source of heat is beneath the liquid as hot water moves upwards and cold water come down and it is also heated .when source of heat is above the hot water remains upwards and the cold water remains cold .
