evaporation is when a H20 reaches its highest temperature (meaning the water should boil) point say 204 degrees Fahrenheit and you left it there just boiling the liquid that was once H20 would now start turning into vapor

Evaporation is a free surface process that is it happens with the atoms which present on the surface only, while boiling is entire Bulk process that is, it happens with all atoms present in a solution.
