Evaporization is the changing of a liquid into a gaseous form. Unlike boiling it is a surface phenomena and after complete evaporation has taken place there is a cooling effect like acetone which upon evaporating has a cooling effect as it takes away the heat along with it.

evaporation is a type of vaporization of a liquid that occurs from the surface of the liquid.Evaporation causes cooling and it is a surface phenomenon and boiling does not cause any cooling and it is bulk phenomenon.
