It is very interesting to know about evolution

Evolution means change of characteristics in species. Usually some animals and birds change their characters according to the climatic conditions and area of living

If they cannot change their characters they will die to overcome this problem some changes take place in DNA

The characteristics of an organism takes place in DNA even a small change in DNA leads to big change in the Organism

Let's take an Example

We have taken a white rat and left it in Desert area the babies of the rat may born black⚫ to overcome that desert climatic conditions

If a small change takes place in DNA of Mango tree then there is change of getting a Mango in the Size of Football

From this,we can say The evolution of an Organism takes place in DNA

In 1857 Charles Darwin wrote a book called Origin of Species

He clearly mentioned everything about evolution in that Book. If you can go through it
