Genetic variation has great role in evolution as it allows as it allows natural selection to increase or decrease frequency of alleles already in the population.

Genetic variation can tell us many things about the relationship between organisms by comparing and making differences individuals of the same species and different species.

While evolution is the change in species which take place when the new species produced.
