Excretion is the removal of the toxic substances from the cells of living organisms. The gaseous waste can be excreted through exhaled air and solid waste can be removed through the faeces of anus.
It is important because it is only due to excretion that our body gets rid of toxic and harmful materials. It is an important process of life because if it does not occur then our body will be full of toxic and harmful materials which can lead to damage of our body parts and also rise of serious diseases.
