Encourage more women to work.
Don’t join a job just for the sake of getting a good groom.
Educate more women to be passionate and ambitious about career, emphasise that education is not a standard to get good groom but for good career and lead more women in that way.
Strive your way up by enhancing your skills.
Do not falsely accuse men in work place environment(few women do this) .
More working women contributes to GDP of our country.
Encourage more women to work in rural areas where awareness is less.
If you have an idea try to setup a startup our country needs more women entrepreneurs.
Encourage Muslim women to work, they are the least in our country. Many are being restricted to home and marriage even after getting education.
So to sum it up many of the above mentioned points applies to the women in rural area, as a working woman try to spread awareness if you can. Be passionate about your career and develop skills and work your way up. Don’t quit your job after marriage, if you are rich setup a company and provide more jobs.
