Answer:

Their are Four stages of Menstrual cycle

1. Menstrual phase :- (3 -5 days )

Endometrium of uterus and it's blood vessels break down and mix with blood, mucus and other cell parts to form menses .

Absence of MC indicates pregnancy or ovarian disorder such as "polycystic ovaries disorder". or stress or ill health

2. Follicular Phase :- (6-14 days )

Primary follicle is mature into Graffian follicle . Endometrium undergoes proliferation a process of regeneration which results in the formation of a new thick endometrium.

3. Ovulatory Phase :- (14 - 15 days )

Graffian follicle ruptured and release egg cell process called ovulation.

4. Luteal Phase :- (16 - 28 days)

Ruptured Graffian follicle turns to Corpus luteum . Endometrium thicken and its blood vessels becomes enlarged .

if egg is not fertilized corpus luteum shed and thats the beginning of Menstrual phase.

If egg is fertilised corpus luteum secrets progesterone and egg cell is embedded in uterus and derive nourishment from it whereas progesterone keep maintain the endometrium wall

Menarche - Women when experience 1st menstrual cycle called menarche

Menopause - At the age 50+ women Menstrual cycle stops called menopause.
