HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ⬇️⬇️⬇️

A fair trial is the one which is held in public view and in an open court, in presence of the accused who is defended by a lawyer, given an opportunity to cross-examine all the evidences. The judge decides whether the accused person is guilty or innocent only on the basis of the evidences and remaining impartial.
