Every citizen is guaranteed a fair trial by the constitution. The constitution ensures fair trial as follows:

i) The court should give a copy of charge sheet and statements of witnesses.

ii) The trial should not be held in a secret location and should be held in the presence of the accused

iii) Enough item should be given to question the witnesses.

iv) The accused can fight in his/her defense by presenting witnesses.

v) An opportunity  should be given to cross examine all the prosecution witnesses.

vi) Decision should be taken by the judge on the basis of evidence.

vii) Judge should remain impart a fair verdict.
