The female reproductive a organs are those which help females in reproduction. The parts such as ovaries etc, secret oestrogen hormone, which regulate the growth in a female such as breasts, body hair etc. Also, during the menstrual cycle, mature ova is also released, which is necessary for reproduction.  Reproductive organs, female: The internal genital structures of the female include the ovaries, Fallopian tubes, uterus (womb) and vagina.  The Fallopian tubes: one on each side, transport the egg from the ovary to the uterus (the womb). The Fallopian tubes have small hair-like projections called cilia on the cells of the lining. These tubal cilia are essential to the movement of the egg through the tube into the uterus.  The uterus is a hollow, pear-shaped organ located in a woman's lower abdomen, between the bladder and rectum. The upper part is the corpus. The corpus is made up of two layers of tissue.  The cervix is the lower, narrow part of the uterus. It forms a canal that opens into the vagina.  The vagina is the muscular canal extending from the cervix to the outside of the body.

Answer:

A female's internal reproductive organs are the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. The vagina is a muscular, hollow tube that extends from the vaginal opening to the uterus. Because it has muscular walls, the vagina can expand and contract.
