fermentation :- it is define as the process in which chemical change take place by action of enzyme (bacteriya ,fungi etc )

example

wine :- in the formation of wine grapes is kept for long time in absence of sunlight .To ferment the

grapes yeast is added which does not Herm our body . They decompose it and provide taste too.

2pickle of cucumber etc
