  • A Ferrite Is a ceramic material mixing and firing of large portion of iron ( III ) Oxide (Fe2O3, rust) blended with small portion portion of one or more additional metallic elements such as , Barium, Magnese,Nikel and Zinc.. Hard Ferrites Have High Coercitivity , so they are Different to demagnetize.
  • Ferrite compounds are extremely low cost , being made Up of Mostly Rusted iron ( iron oxide ) and have excellent corrosion resistance.
  • They are very stable and difficult to magnetize and can be made up on low and high coercive forces.
  • Yogoro Kato and Takeshi Takei of Tokyo Institute Of Technology synthesised the first ferrite compounds in 1930.
