Fertilisation is the process of fussion of male and female gametes. It occurs in the fallopian tube in female reproductive system.

Fertilization is the fusing of a male gamete with a female gamete to produce zygote (fertilized egg).

In humans it takes place in the Fallopian tube of the female body. The sperm (male gamete) fuses with ova (female gamete) and gets implanted in uterus.

Hope it helps
