Fire / Flame is made of organic matter burning at high temperature and that emitting light.
The flame consists of hot air, Oxygen, Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide , Nitrogen, some water in gaseous form and other chemical compounds formed as part of burning of matter.
The gases (elements/compounds) emit red light or blue light at the high temperatures.
