Fixed capital is mandatory and one-time investment made at introductory phase of business establishment.

Fixed capital is not like working capital which is needed on continuous basis to run ordinary course of production and distribution of services/goods.

Fixed capital is permanent investment made for longer-term needs of business activities.

Fixed capital has permanent existence in business.

Its normally present in form of fixed assets for example land, building, plant, machinery.
