In Fleming left hand rule the thumb indicates force , the index finger represents magnetic field and the middle finger represents velocity or current
In right hand thumb rule we can determine the direction of magnetic field by pointing the direction of current with thumb finger

Fleming's left hand rule :
The forefinger, the middle finger and the thumb of the left hand are stretched in mutually perpendicular directions. If the forefinger points in the direction of the magnetic field, the middle finger in the direction of current, then the thumb points in the direction of the force on the conductor.
Fleming's right hand rule :
The forefinger, the middle finger and the thumb of the right hand are held in three mutually perpendicular directions. If the forefinger points along the direction of the magnetic field and the thumb along the direction of motion of the magnetic field and the thumb along the direction of motion of the conductor, then the middle finger points in the direction of induced current.
