Fleming left hand rule says that if we stretch our thumb, forefinger and muddlefinger of left hand such that they are mutually perpendicular to each oher, then if forefinger denotes direction of magnetic field, middle finger denotes direction of current, then thumb denotes direction of force or motion.

Fleming's left hand rule :

The forefinger, the middle finger and the thumb of the left hand are stretched in mutually perpendicular directions. If the forefinger points in the direction of the magnetic field, the middle finger in the direction of current, then the thumb points in the direction of the force on the conductor.
