\large\underline\green{Flexidentate\:Ligand}

Ligands which can change their denticity refers to as Flexidentate ligands \large{SO_{4}^{-2} , CO_{3}^{-2} , NO_{3}^{-} , CH_{3}COO^{-}} etc are generally act as monodentate Ligand but in some compound they can act as bidentate Ligand .

Example :-

\large{[Co(NH_{3})_{5}(SO_{4}]Cl}

in this Complex \large{SO_{4}^{-2}} act as monodentate Ligand.

\large{[Co(en)_{2}(SO_{4})]Cl}

in this Complex \large{SO_{4}^{-2}} act as a bidentate Ligand .
