lens have two focus :-
(1) first focus :- object point on principal axis for which image formed at infinity .

second focus :- image point on principal axis for which object is at infinity.
but according to main defnation of focus is the point on principal axis for which image e formed at infinity or appear to form at infinity.
so, according to this first focus is main focus of lens .
for concave this will be negative and convex lens this will be positive

tinapatinsome: Thank you!!
tinapatinsome: but I needed focal length not focus :)
