→ Any type of acceleration is cause of force. You know that the whole universe and planets are moving in a circular path and also on there axes. So, there are many type of forces acting on us.

According to the Newton’s second low force is due to change in momentum of a body.

Thus,

F=dp/dt.

(We know that p=mv)

F=d(mv)/dt

By applying UV rule of differentiation,

F=m(dv/dt)+v(dm/dt)

But we know that in normal case mass of a body is constant so, (dm/dt=0) but not in the case of moving rocket.

Finally,

F=ma. (dv/dt=a)

(i) It may cause motion.

(ii) It may cause displacement of the body about its axis ( if pivoted ).

(iii) It changes the shape of the object on which force is acting .

(iv) It changes the size of the object on which force is acting .
