a force is any interaction that, when unopposed, will change the motion of an object. A force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity, i.e., to accelerate. Force can also be described intuitively as a push or a pull. A force has both magnitude and direction, making it a vector

Answer:

Force is a physical quantity which changes our tries to change the state of rest or motion or shape of the body.

There are two types of force, balanced force and unbalanced force. If two forces of same magnitude but in opposite direction be applied in a body then the state of rest or state of uniform motion along straight line is maintained then the pair of force is called balanced force. If a pair of force of a unequal magnitude acting on a body from opposite directions produces motion of the body in the direction of greater force, then the pair of forces are called un balanced force.

SI unit of motion is Newton and CGS unit is Dyne.
