Forms are the data entry screens.  For example for registering for on a website, registering for an admission in a university or job one fills a lot of details on a page. That page is called a form. That form contains a lot of text fields and buttons. These are called input fields. On submission the data in the form is submitted to the server. The application on the server processes the data in the form and verifies

F. I . T.  could mean the frequency of information transfer from one computer to another.

Form factor in a computer (hardware) is related to the specification of motherboard in a computer. It is the PCB (printed circuit board) standard for layout, number of connections or ports , sizes of the motherboard and the sizes of components etc.

These form factors help use of components (processors or other chips) from various vendors to be used in a motherboard.  So the usability, replaceability of components increases.

Each motherboard has a specific set of form factors.
