Answer: 2,5-dibromo-para-nitroanaline is formed.

Explanation:

Para- nitro-analine when treated with bromine water in basic medium it gives 2,5-dibromo-para-nitroanaline.

This is because the amine group on benzene ring will increase the electron density of the ring and will direct the electrophile to ortho and para positions of the rings.

Since, nitro group  is present at the para position of the ring then para position will not be available for the electrophile. Also nitro group withdraws the electron density from the benzene ring and directs the electrophile towards its meta positions which are 2 and 5 according to this ring system.
