The lens formula is same for both convex and concave lens.
The lens formula is,
1/v - 1/u = 1/f
Where,
v = image distance
u = object distance
f = focal length of the spherical lens.

1/v +1/u =1/f
it is the relation distance of image from mirror (v) , distance of object from mirror(u) and focal length(f)
