Free fall is the motion of body when it dropped from a height h with zero initial velocity and on which only gravitational force is acting.

Acceleration due to gravity is the acceleration of the body which is due to gravitational force acting on it. Acceleration due to Earth’s gravity is 9.8m/s^2
